성상에 따른 분리보관
- 폐시약 보관 용기에 보관되는 폐시약의 종류에 따라 폐시약 안전 깔때기 색상을 다르게 하여 폐액 혼합에 의한 폐액의 반응을 방지함
폐액 수위 알림
- 폐시약 보관 용기에 장착된 폐액량 지시계에 의해 폐시약 보관 용기 안의 폐액량 표시 기능
- 폐시약 보관 용기 용량의 70 %부터 수위를 표시하는 빨간색 부표가 올라와 폐액통의 교체시기를 알 수 있음
폭발방지·대전방지·2중구조 깔때기
- 폐시약 보관 용기(20 L) 뚜껑에 폐시약 안전 깔때기 체결하여 사용
- 폐시약 안전 깔때기에 있는 벤트 홀을 통해 페시약 보관 용기 안의 유해가스 정화되어 방출
- 폐시약 안전 깔때기에 있는 벤트 홀에 의해 폐시약 보관 용기가 부풀거나 폭발을 방지함
- 폐시약 안전 깔때기 안에 장착된 VOCs 제거용 원형 필터를 통한 폐액용기 가스 제거
- 폐시약 보관 용기 및 안전 깔때기가 정전기 방지 기능이 있음
- 원형 필터(VOCs 제거용) 교체주기 : 3개월
