Features
Creation of Ideal Filter Efficiency Via Hydro-Dynamical Design
  • A fluid dynamic design maximises the safety and dust collection efficiency of the product.
  • The aluminium alloy turbo fan is used to reduce the idle weight and starting load, thereby increasing the suction efficiency and significantly reducing the frictional resistance noise generated at the discharge port. and significantly reduces the frictional resistance noise generated at the discharge port.
  • Eliminates vibration caused by dirt trapped between or stuck to the fan blades during operation
  • The inlet is designed with a flow rate of more than 1.2 m/s (at 150 mm from the hood), preventing dust from spreading into the room.
High efficiency dust collector
  • Uses a flat rectangular bag filter to ensure a large filtration area, maximizing dust collection efficiency
  • Can select a filter to suit the type, characteristics and particle size of dust generated
  • The filter structure is manufactured in an all-in-one, slide type, which makes filter replacement convenient.
Dust removal method
  • Manual cleaning method (KBH type) After a certain period of use, the dusting handle is shaken for cleaning.
  • Automatic cleaning method (KBA) The running motor is activated to clean the filter and stops after a certain time set by the timer.
Easy to use
  • Easy to move and install thanks to attached castors.
  • The inlet can be mounted on either the left or right side.(will be fitted on the right if not specified when ordering)
  • The dust box installed at the bottom of the collector is a slide type, so it can be easily removed for convenient dust collection.
Digital shaker type instrumentation and control system based on differential pressure
  • Equipped with the first dust collector controller in Korea that can flexibly adjust the on/off time of the shaker motor and the on/off status of the fan motor according to the condition of the filter.
  • The differential pressure gauges on the front and back of the filter have been digitized to more accurately determine the filter change time and display the total operating hours of the unit.
