Fully-enclosed / self-circulating structure prevents air leakage from the inside of the reagent cabinet
- A contaminated air flowing into the reagent cabinet, over-saturate the filter and reduce filter life.
- A contaminated filters can be a source of pollution, emitting odor and harmful gas.
- A self-circulation avoid loss of cooling and heating energy
Fluid dynamics design Creation of ideal filter efficiency via pressure diffrential pressure
- The reagent cabinet is designed ti have negatice pressure of-0.3 hpa by differential pressure
- The air inside the cabinet is not vented to the outside
- The flow of velocity at the bottom of cabinet is designed to be 0.5 m/s to prevent the back-flow of odor and harmful gas molecule
KASSIA module (Ion-cluster)
Removes odor and harmful gas with ion cluster Ion cluster is a group of 10~60 oxygen molecules that directly oxidize various radicals including oxygen anions, cations and OH and odor substance eliminate pollutants.
- The KASSIA module equipped with semi-permanent ion cluster removes odor and harmful gas.
- Removes over 95 % of odor and harmful gas.
