Features
Fluid-dynamic design for optimum collection efficiency Creation of Ideal Filter Efficiency Via Hydro-Dynamical Design
- Fluid-dynamic design maximises product safety and efficiency in removing harmful gases and odours
- The aluminium alloy turbo fan is used to reduce the idle weight and start-up load, thereby increasing the suction efficiency and significantly reducing the frictional resistance noise generated at the discharge port
- The sliding method, which makes filter replacement convenient, is used to enable installation in tight spaces
High efficiency filter system
- Its three-piece filter structure seamlessly collects smoke and dust.
- Pre-filter / Primary filter : Removes relatively large particles of fume or dust (3 µm - 30 µm) with a pre-filter suitable for the working environment.
- Impregnated Activated Carbon Filter / Secondary Filter : Removes harmful gases such as odours and VOCs.
- ZEO Filter / Tertiary Filter : Maximises the physicochemical adsorption of harmful and odor gases by surface modification and the addition of of functional groups, Adjusts micropore size and distribution in the filter for optimum physical adsorption properties, Possible to create an exclusive filter for different VOCs and odors (option).
Turbo fan
- Aluminium alloy is used to reduce the idle weight and start up load, thus increasing the absorbing force, and electronic balancing with the mould has achieved zero vibration and low noise.
- Eliminates vibration caused by dirt squeezed between or stuck to the fan blades during use.
Coating
- Maximised durability and luxury with a high quality coating
- Coated with chemical resistant material
Digital differential pressure measurement control system
- Equipped with the first dust collector controller in Korea that has the function of flexibly adjusting and controlling the ON/OFF of the fan motor depending on the condition of the filter.
- The differential pressure gauges on the front and back of the filter can be switched to a digital method to more accurately identify the timing of filter replacement, resulting in less wear and tear on the unit.
